Happy Birthday George!

This is 10 in, 2 layers of Dough Gamma’s Lusciously, Sweet & Moist CARROT CAKE that is stuffed with freshly grated carrots, toasted pecans, pineapple, yellow raisins, cherries, and cranberries; as well as shredded coconut. Once baked, each layer is topped with homemade caramel sauce, and then the cake is iced with a Fluffy, Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Icing and garnished with Toasted Pecans!
