Today's release is a throwback with a purpose.

This old-school IPA gives a nod (or maybe a shrug) to the needs of our schools today. Brewed with classic American hops, we mash hopped with Cascade, layered in Magnum and Cascade during the boil, and finished it with a generous dry hop of Cascade and Centennial for that unmistakable citrus-and-pine character that helped define the style.

This beer is our participation in an initiative started by Craft Brewery Professionals to support local schools and communities through craft beer. A portion of every sale will be donated to the Mosinee PTO to help support local students, teachers, and classrooms.

A huge thank you to Valley Brewers Supply for donating the malt and Wisconsin Hop Exchange for supplying the hops that made this beer possible. Their generosity means even more of the proceeds can go directly back to our schools.

Because sometimes the best way to support education is with a well-earned education in classic IPA. 🍻

🚨 Schedule Change for This Weekend 🚨

Unfortunately, we've had a last-minute change of plans. Our chef got called into the mill this weekend, so the food truck will now be closed Saturday and Sunday.

That means TONIGHT is your only chance this weekend to grab your favorite burgers, baskets, and all the delicious food you've been craving!

We're sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Sometimes the day job wins. 😅

We'll be serving tonight from 4 PM - 8 PM at Mosinee Brewing Co., so come hungry and help us make it a great night before we close up for the weekend!

Friends, the wait is over!

After a weekend off, we're ready to open back up @ Mosinee Brewing Co. this Friday and we can't wait to see everyone again. The grill will be hot, the fryer will be working overtime, and we'll be ready to serve up all your favorites.
