A few recent cakes that went out of the kitchen and to some special celebrations! 🎂✨ I love getting to create cakes that are not only delicious but made just for the person they’re celebrating.

❤️ Cherry Vintage Heart Cake
This one is full of retro charm! A rich Black Forest chocolate cake, filled with fresh cherry filled, iced with a light whipped icing, and topped with a deep buttercream border, bright cherries, and delicate black ribbon details. The top features “older, hotter, wiser” written in buttercream for a fun, sassy touch. Perfect for birthdays with a little personality! The birthday also requested some matching cupcakes to go with it!

🥷 Ninja Birthday Cake
A fun cake for a ninja-loving birthday! This triple chocolate cake features smooth buttercream frosting with a hand-piped ninja in black buttercream and bold red accents all around the border. Simple, playful, and perfect for a kid’s birthday party theme.

🍫 Triple Chocolate Drip Cake
Should be named death by chocolate because every inch of this cake is decked out in chocolate for the true chocolate lovers! Layers of moist chocolate cake with mini chocolate chips covered in creamy chocolate fudge buttercream and finished with a rich chocolate ganache drip. The top is loaded with mini chocolate chips and chocolate swirls for the ultimate chocolate overload. This is definitely a fan favorite!

🖤 Black Beauty
This beautiful gluten and dairy free cake was made for a bride who was saying adios to her single life! Filled with layers of moist vanilla cake and iced with a special whipped icing. We created the canvas and our customer took it from there and decorated it beautifully with flowers! Gorgeous!

❤️ This one’s for the girls💕
This vintage heart cake was created for a special Galentines soiree. Layers of vanilla cake with a very rich, decadent buttercream. The edible glitter gave it that extra sparkle to make this gem of a cake shine!

🌸 Baby in Bloom! 🌸

This sweet set was made for a baby shower, and I’m obsessed with how it turned out! 💕 Each “cupcake” starts with a rich, chewy cookie base and is topped with fluffy buttercream swirls in soft shades of lavender, pink, and cream.

The pull-apart “cake” is bursting with buttercream blooms 🌷 on top of cookie cupcakes while the individual cookie cupcakes make the cutest little swirled treats!

It’s all the cozy cookie flavor you love, dressed up in floral frosting and baby shower sweetness. 💜

Two very different cakes, both made to celebrate in a sweet way! 💛

🍪 First up, this giant cookie cake shaped into “50” for a milestone birthday! Layers of soft, chewy cookie were stacked and decorated with swirls of buttercream in blue, purple, gold, and black, topped with silver sprinkles and fun pops of color. Of course we had to add a little shimmer with some edible iridescent glitter. It was as festive as the celebration itself! 🎉

🍰 Next, a classic two-layer cake with rich chocolate and butter vanilla inside. It’s covered in smooth white frosting and finished with bold piped borders in deep black, giving it a simple yet elegant style. Sometimes the beauty is in the clean, timeless look (with plenty of flavor hiding inside!).

🎂✨ This week I had the sweetest honor of baking two very special cookie cakes!

🍎 One was to celebrate a well-deserving teacher —because amazing educators deserve something just as sweet as the impact they make every day. ❤️

💐 The other was a “just because” cake for a friend—because sometimes you don’t need a reason to spread a little joy (and frosting)!

I had the honor of baking these cupcakes for our church’s 75th Anniversary Service this weekend! 🎉

From rich triple chocolate with cookie crumble to classic vanilla funfetti and a most decident cookie butter with ganache, each cupcake was made with love to help celebrate 75 years of faith, fellowship, and blessings. 💒 💚
