We raise grass fed Cornish Cross broiler chickens as well as broad breasted white turkeys (seasonally) for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We averaged 7 1/2 lb birds. All pastured. Fed grass and non-GMO 22% crude protein grain 24/7. The best part is the exclusive grass finish, which gives our birds that much more flavor and nutritional value than commercially grown poultry. We currently only have 10 birds left for sale, so get em before they are gone! New arrivals should be in the first week in September. As always, thank you for your support and your business. Hey everyone! It’s getting that time to harvest our current flock! Harvest will take place on Aug 7th. We currently have 34 chickens available for purchase. Chickens average between 5-7 lbs dressed. Price/lb is $4.50. You can pre-order birds anytime for a flat rate of $21/bird or $16/bird if you purchase 4 or more. PM for payment options.

Hello everyone! Welcome to Holt Farms! We are a small poultry farm- family owned and operated- located in Southeastern Mississippi. We specialize in raising high-quality, pastured poultry. Opposed to commercial poultry farms, our birds receive a fresh paddock of green grass every single day. That’s right! Our birds are grass fed and exclusively grass finished. We also use a non-GMO 22% crude protein grain 24/7 until the finishing process, which is exclusively 100% grass. We also have free-range yard eggs from our laying hens available for purchase.
