The last few weeks have been wild! We went to New England and did the food truck thing for their car show/ all school reunion which was our first out of town food truck event!. Then we had a family reunion catering which was the second time they have hired us (returning customers keep us moving)! Then yesterday we had a very large wedding catering to do all of the meat for, Congrats Will and Macy! Thanks to everyone that has gotten food from us over that period, you all rock! With that being said, our scheduled events are basically done! Gonna spend the next month with the family then look for the food truck to open up a few times this fall!!!

What an absolutely insane weekend! Started off by catering the Equity annual meeting on Wednesday. Then Friday and Saturday we did the food truck thing on main street for the Mott/Regent all school reunion/ Mott the Spot. To say we are tired is by far an understatement! Thank you to everyone that stopped by and bought food, we essentially sold out both nights! And the smoker basicly ran the entire time for close to 48 hours 😴😴. I didn't get any pictures other than the few my dad took. Everyone says they don't make good BBQ up north. I hope we proved them wrong! Huge thank you to my fiance, and my parents for all the help and to my fiance's mom for coming up to help watch the kid! Couldn't have done this without all of you! Hope everyone enjoyed the food! We are also looking for any feedback whether it be good or bad, we can't improve without feedback!

We will be set up on main street in Mott both Friday evening and all day Saturday❗️ As a MRHS graduate, I won't be able to really do any of the all school reunion activities so be sure to swing by, say hi, and buy some of the best BBQ around❗️❗️ We'll be set up right next to the new park right in main street center! We'll have real hard wood oak and apple wood puffing and making the entire town hungry! 💨💨💨🔥🔥🔥See everyone this weekend❗️❗️❗️

Sometimes on not so great days we try to create new recipes. I think this one was pretty successful! UPDATE! It is a Jalapeño Popper mac and cheese. It is a homemade cream cheese/ pepper jack cheese sauce mac topped with fresh chopped Jalapeño and bacon and covered with an all new homemade Raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce!! Look for this on the menu sometime in the future!!!
