We raise top quality POA ponies for the young and young at heart Ponies Of the Americas are Appaloosa-type spotted ponies from 46 to 56" tall.

We believe in breeding for disposition, conformation, and color so that our ponies can be enjoyed by people of any age in any discipline. KS's POAs can be found competing in Western Pleasure, Trail riding, Reining, Hunter/Jumper, Timed Events, Halter, Equitation/Horsemanship, Pleasure Driving, Roping, Dressage, and more. POAs have the athleticism to show all day in every event, the color to do it

with style, and the disposition to insure they are safe and fun for their rider, if that rider is 2 years old or 80 years old.

KS's Kois HeartOf ATiger aka Millie is a 2 year old light sorrel mare with a patchy blanket with spots over her hindquarters, and perfectly matched hind socks. She currently measures just over 50", and is expected to mature around 51" tall. Millie is by Kind Of Impulsive (POA and AOHA champion) out of KS's Nifty Tiger Lilly and is 5 panel n/n by parentage. Millie is everyone's best friend! You will not find a cuter, better put together small pony with a mind and disposition like this! Mille has been handled since she was born, so hanging out with people has been a thing for her since day 1! She was sacked out with the saddle in June, and cinched up and walked around with the saddle one time. September 25 she was pulled out of the pasture, and saw the saddle for the first time in 3 months, but acted like she had seen it yesterday! She was also lunged at a walk and trot with the saddle for the first time, and never made a bobble. It won't take much to get her broke! She is the package the Steele family always tried to produce- a good minded, athletic pony that is pretty enough to halter with the best of them. Millie is up to date on vaccines, deworming, and hoof care. Finish her out to ride and show her, or breed her, Millie is the complete package!

MMP Magnificent Bond aka Halle, is a 5 year old cherry red sorrel mare with a small blanket with spots over the top of her hips. She measures just under 51" tall. Halle is the last foal out of Northern Exposure (Lydia's first POA), and is sired by KS's Handsome As Bond, himself a champion who is a multiple POA Congress champion sire. Due to life circumstances the last several years, Halle is not broke to ride. She has been handled every day of her life, and is good about her feet, current on vaccines and deworming, loads, ties, lunges, and was sacked out with the saddle in June. September 25 she was pulled out of the pasture and picked up right where she left off, taking being cinched up for the first time like a pro. She would be very easy to go on with! Halle is a true POA with a lot of athletic ability and has the potential to do well in any and every event she is trained for.

Selling October 3rd in the KS's Pony Farm estate auction, online bidding available! KS's Kois Fly High, a yearling fewspot c**t expected to mature close to 56". By Kind of Impulsive out of KS's Nifty Tiger Lilly, Fly is 5 panel n/n by parentage. Handled daily, he loads, ties, lunges, bathes, is great about his feet, has been introduced to the clippers, and is started on in-hand trail. Fly is UTD on vaccines, deworming, and hoof care, and carries one of the best set of papers of any POA. His pedigree reads like a versatile pleasure horse on the top side, and the bottom side of his pedigree is a who's who of the names that make up the backbone and foundation of the POA breed. A great stallion prospect, but this guy would also make an outstanding gelding! Great mind, to die for lope, several people have told me that is is one of the best KS's ponies ever, and there won't be any more of this cross, folks!!! In 1963 the Steele family became involved with a great new breed, and the first KS's pony was registered. After much prayer and many tears, I have made the decision to close the long, wonderful book on KS's Pony Farm and move on to what God has next for my life. The farm itself, 4 Star four horse trailer, JD 6400 tractor, show and working tack, and the last two KS's POAs will be in the estate auction October 3. Online bidding will be available for the ponies, real estate, tractor, trailer, John Deere Gator, and show saddle. I would love to see these ponies get POA show homes and continue the legacy of KS's Pony Farm! KS's Kois Fly High is a sorrel fewspot yearling c**t who is expected to mature around 56". KS's Kois HeartOf ATiger is a two year old light sorrel mare with a patchy blanket with spots and perfectly matched hind socks who currently measures 50", and is expected to stay under 51". They are full siblings, 5 panel n/n by parentage. Sired by International and Futurity champion Kind Of Impulsive, out of KS's Nifty Tiger Lilly, who can trace her POA heritage all the way back to KS's Siri Warrior, the very first homebred KS's stallion who was foaled in 1971, and was himself a grandson of Lady's Warrior.

KS's Kois Fly High aka Fly, is a sorrel fewspot yearling c**t. After many years of breeding the best POAs we could, Fly is quite possibly the best one ever. He is definitely the complete package of pretty, correct, movement, athletic ability, and color! A definite stallion and show prospect. He needs to be loping that soft pretty lope of his on the end of someone's lungeline! Expected to mature 55-56"

KS's All Natural Talent aka Bella is a sorrel yearling filly with a patchy blanket with spots over her hips and a blaze. She is friendly and calm, but also has some grit. We could see her being an awesome ranch pony like her sire, among many other things! Great bone, awesome balance, wonderful mind. Expected to mature 56"

KS's Kois HeartOf ATiger aka "Millie", two year old filly. She may be sporting her favorite fuzzy pajamas, but don't let her look fool you! Millie is a true diamond!! After several days cooped up in a stall and several months since any round pen work, this is how she goes. This great minded filly never meets a stranger, loves attention, and is a very quick learner. She has been handled since birth, but due to lack of time has not had much real training yet. By Kind Of Impulsive out of KS's Nifty Tiger Lilly, Milly is 5 panel n/n by parentage. Expected to mature around 52", this is the kind of disposition, quality, movement, and all-around athletic ability that doesn't come around in a small package every day! Plan to make her a part of your 2020 show string before you are showing against her!!

Here's something sweeter than leftover Halloween candy! KS's All Natural Talent is as quiet as they come, willing, and fun. "Bella" is a chestnut with a patchy blanket with spots, and currently measures 47", expected to mature around 56". She is ready for someone to continue her training for in-hand events next year, and then go on to be a true all-around competitor in the classic POA style! Sire is 5 panel n/n by parentage, dam tested 6 panel n/n. Consideration given to a show home.
