My heart is FULL! 🥹 Sorry long post alert!!
I loved meeting so many new customers this weekend and, of course, seeing all of our regulars who continue to support us! 🫶

Today, I started talking with one of our new customers and found out we are both in the medical field. Our conversation turned to the needs surrounding mental health, and before we knew it, we were exchanging work information and talking about ways we could help each other in our fields.

✨ See… that’s how God works. ✨
Sometimes people are placed in your path for a reason, and you don’t even realize it until a simple conversation turns into something meaningful. 🙏💜

I’ve enjoyed every laugh, every story, and especially those moments when someone pulls up a chair just to sit and talk. That’s what I want Step-Up Nutrition to be — more than just a place to grab a drink. I want it to be a place where you feel welcome. 💜

And hearing the compliments about my baristas absolutely made my weekend! 🥹 Hearing that they were sweet, kind, never judgmental, and simply listened means more to me than they will ever know. I’m so proud of them!

Thank you again for an AMAZING weekend and for supporting our little business. We’re rested, grateful, and ready to see all of you this week! 🥤💜

One of my favorite parts of owning a small business is being able to give great young people a place to work while they’re in high school or college. A place where they can earn a little extra cash, learn responsibility, AND still have time to work on their schoolwork and enjoy this season of their lives. 📚💜

I’m incredibly blessed with some of the BEST baristas who show up, work hard, and help make Step-Up what it is.💜🩷
And then there are our customers… 🥹
So many of you walked through our doors as customers and somewhere along the way, you became friends and part of our Step-Up family.
Small business isn’t always easy, but the people make it worth it. 💜

I may not be getting rich in dollars…
but I’m definitely rich in people, friendships, memories, and blessings. 🥰 that is what it’s all about!!!
