Farming is alot of planning.

In the fall, we tend to focus on fall colors like orange, yellow and, Reds. This year, we went heavy on shades of pink. Specifically in our early fall blooms to hit October for its peak.

Its our way of bringing awareness to breast cancer.

Its Friday!

That means we're on the farm prepping bouquets for the Tallahassee Farmers Market

These flowers took the long road to end up in our bouquet making hands today.

Seeds were started in July, seedlings planted in August, flowers harvested yesterday, today they're in bouquets and tomorrow they'll be in your vase.

Come see us tomorrow from 8am to noon on the corner of Kerry Forest Pkwy and Thomasville Rd to grab farm fresh flowers.

Near the farm, dont forget The Funston Market has bouquets that were dropped off yesterday!

What a great weekend.

Thank you to everyone that stopped by at the Tallahassee Farmers Market for our 1st Saturday back and to those that have been stopping by The Funston Market.

We're back in a normal schedule with Monday & Thursday bouquet drops at The Funston Market and Saturday mornings at The Tallahassee Farmers Market.

This will be our normal schedule until Thanksgiving.

Stop by and grab the beauties that were just cut today and dropped off in Funston.

And just like that we're back in bloom!

It was a wonderful change in the weather as
we had our first major harvest for the season today. The cooler temperatures really put us in the fall mood while harvesting.

Our 1st stop today after harvest was at The Funston Market to drop off fresh cut bouquets. Starting next week, you can expect fresh bouquet drops on Monday and Thursdays ea week until Thanksgiving.

Saturday we mark our return to the Tallahassee Farmers Market where you can find us Saturday mornings from 8am til noon at the corner of Kerry Forest Pkwy and Thomasville Rd.

It couldn't be better timing as the cooler temperatures will stick around for what should be a beautiful weekend.

Just popping into your feed with a different kind of beauty and to let everyone know were still around. We're just enjoying the down time that summer brings to the farm.

Next month we start picking up the pace to prepare for our fall season. Until then, well enjoy some more sunsets and a big weekend celebration 🎆🇺🇸 with friends and family.

We have officially wrapped up our spring blooming season.

What does that mean?

Our bloom volume drops dramatically, with just some zinnias and a few perrineals blooming on the farm.

Chrysanthemums are going in the ground.

We begin to turn and prep the fields for fall annuals.

Seeds will be sewn and later planted for fall.

No markets or bouquet drops.

We enjoy the extra time to spend with friends and family.

We'll be back in September for markets and bouquet drops for our fall season.🍁🍂🍁

We'll miss the blooms and seeing everyone but summer will be over sooner than you think.

This is it!

Our last week of our spring season.

Flowers are few on the farm, but thats how we planned it. Dahlias, lisianthus, zinnias and campanula will see us out for markets and bouquet drops this week.

Today, were dropping some market bouquets The Funston Market. We'll keep them stocked as needed with last flower drop til fall on Thursday.

Then to round out our blooming season, we'll be celebrating at Tallahassee Farmers Market at the spring festival Saturday.

We hope to see you this week at one of our locations, if we miss you we'll see you in the fall!

Today is the day that our longest farm helper Caroline Howell graduates high school and begins her next chapter at ABAC in the fall.

Caroline loves flowers and she loves working with them. This season if you picked up one of our market bouquets or pocketbook totes, Caroline most likely created it for you.

Thank you Caroline for the years helping on the farm and we wish you the bestest of luck in your next education chapter! 🎓
