Firefly Brew’s founder and CEO Rashel Hudson and COO Elle Zisumbo will co-chair the board seat.

KBI is a non-profit trade association representing the Kombucha Tea bottled beverage category globally.

Kombucha Brewers International (KBI) was founded in 2014 and strives to promote, protect and enhance the overall well-being of the industry by creating an open line of communication between brewers, consumers and regulators while advancing our industry through advocacy, education, research and modern legislation.

Oh, how far we’ve come from our first kombucha batches in our garage to this 23,000 sq. ft. 30-barrel brew house!

Further automating our new canning line process has our youngest crew members excited about no longer hand feeding and date stamping every can!
