***Beer Release - 6/1/26***

Have you met The Mad Scientist? We made this beer in honor of our friend Brian, owner and operator of Mad Science Brewing Company, who was claimed by cancer on June 2nd, 2024. We did our best to emulate one of our favorite beers he made, C. Hopulinum. This West Coast IPA is about as old school as you can get. Dark amber in color and with a sweet malt topped with a fruity, floral scent on the nose. Sweet malt upfront quickly transitions to a resiny bitter, with citrus pith, and a floral finish

This beer releases at the brewery on Monday! We miss Brian. Hug your friends, hug your family, and if you drink beer do that with them too. You never know when you won't get to do that again.
