💗 A SWEET TRIBUTE TO DOLLY 💗

Like so many of you, our hearts are heavy over the passing of Dolly Parton.

Dolly was so much more than the music we all loved. She represented faith, kindness, generosity, family and those beautiful mountains we call home.

Her Imagination Library also holds a special place in our family's heart. Our own granddaughter received books through Dolly's Imagination Library, so we personally saw a tiny piece of the enormous difference Dolly made in the lives of children and families everywhere. 📚💕

We wanted to honor her in the little way that we know how.

This Saturday & Sunday, we will be featuring our Banana Pudding Italian Ice Combo, inspired by one of Dolly's favorite Southern desserts. 🍌

For every Banana Pudding Combo sold, Sunset Slush of Mayberry will donate $1 to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in her memory.

This isn't really about selling Italian Ice.

It's simply our little way of saying:

Thank you, Dolly.
For the music.
For the laughter.
For the books.
For loving these mountains.
For loving people.
And for showing all of us just how much good one person can do. 💗

We know you are singing in heaven, Dolly. Your light will keep shining here on earth for generations. ✨

This one is especially personal for us. Alzheimer’s has touched our own family, and we have lost loved ones to this devastating disease. We know firsthand how heartbreaking it can be—not only for the person battling it, but for the family who loves them.
