Corn in Cover Crop Rye Residue vs. Corn on Bare Ground.

Cover Crop, No-Till or maybe should Start Moldboard Plowing again!? Ok Moldboard Plowing was maybe a little extreme but I do know some guys that have gone back to it... I have plenty of Hills with Gravel and Stones so probably not the wisest idea, but I have been dabbling with Vertical Tilling the last several years and would probably like to do more of it! Also yes I most likely should have Terminated the Rye off much earlier before planting. Instead I planted into it Green and Terminated after planting... Thanks for all the input and comments. I guess you Live and Learn! I seem to learn more Everyday! Most of the time the hard way...

See a Difference!? I do!
I'm tired of these Government pushed practices. Are these practices pushed by the government for a reason!? These programs use more Chemical because that's what the General Public wants right? No they don't.
Not only do the practices use more Chemical I see a significant yield loss in the end product just by the different size plants in this picture.
Is it me or are these government programs in place to try to make the world sicker then it already is. Oh and hurting the farmers checkbook.
Maybe we need to go back to Moldboard Plowing!?
