Well this morning has been extremely eventful we wanted to beat the heat as much as we possibly could and still be able to work the cattle the way we needed to. Everyone has been wormed and sprayed down with fly spray. Hopefully this will keep the flies down because they are so bad this year. We also added the minerals that has the fly control doing our part to get rid of them so our girls can be completely fly free.

We did have a momma cow who has had an over grown hoof so we cut it down a little trying to give her some relief.

We also weened the calves from their mommas this morning so the next week there will be lots of crying trying to find their momma.

We have a video on the calves going into the new pasture but I can’t add videos and pictures in the same post, stay tuned I’ll add it shortly

We hope y’all are finding ways to stay cool this week!!! We have some wonderful deals for yall to help you have farm fresh foods on you tables all week long.

All of our animals are grown on our farm, they are not sale barn animals. This guarantees we know what they have consumed their entire life. We do not add any hormones or give antibiotics to any animals we turn into food. We are happy to be able to continue to provide our community with such a healthy alternative to what the grocery stores have been providing

Don't forget we have the bulk ground beef boxes in 15 ($116.25) and 20 pounds ($150) those are preorder only to ensure you get how many you're looking for. Everything should be back to normal this weekend and we will be at both Nicholsons and Rich Hill for our regular times this Saturday from 9am-3pm
