Our annual pasture raised pork processing is about to begin! We are offering half and whole hog shares that will be custom cut, freezer sealed & delivered (60 miles radius from Groveland)

Our deposit fee is $125 for a half and $250 for a whole. The return time for your pork is generally 3-4 weeks from processing date. More information regarding cuts is available on our website, link in bio.

We are taking deposits now, and have some availability for each of our three processing dates. The first group will be headed to process next month, May. The second group likely in August. The cost is $7/lb based on hanging weight; this includes processing and delivery. The last group averaged about 215 lbs, hanging weight.

These hogs are Berkshire x Gloucestershire Old Spot.

Our hog raising program includes:
