💦☀️ Beating the Florida heat the best way we know how!

This afternoon during Horse’n Around Camp, the kids cooled off with some sprinkler fun while enjoying time with their pony friends. 🐴💙

And we had a few special guests join the fun — George, Sam, and Zeus made an appearance and helped make the afternoon extra memorable! 🦙

Wondering where we are?

Putting down the phone isn't easy when everyone wants photos but to enjoy all we can during the horse camps has been the best! We all go to bed dog tired but its about making the memories for these campers that is whats important.

Who would like Monday morning with Sofia and learning :in hand with mini horses"?

This fall we will be hosting a Minis R Us class each week for kids 5 and up.

📅 Tuesday, June 23rd & Friday, June 26th
⏰ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
💲45 per child
👧 Ages 5–14

Kids will enjoy:
🐐 Hands-on animal care
🌾 Farm chores with purpose
🎨 Creative craft time
💦 Water games & summer fun
🌳 Plenty of outdoor adventures

A perfect opportunity to unplug, make new friends, learn responsibility, and experience life on the farm!

Watching these chicks grow into beautiful teens has been alot of fun for me. I am not the "chicken lady" 😆 But these fluffy bits have got my attention.

I am the farm that trys to be as unique as I can be. Look for animals we can learn more about and their origins.

I absolutely love our silkies aka Chinese chickens, their personalities are incredible.

My curiosity to dig deeper into varieties of silkies. We have added so much beauty and color are frizzle, mottled and sultan silkies.

You don't purchase these birds for egg layers. They are lawn ornaments. Lol. Great for kids and sharing with our community. Their uniqueness makes them mesmerizing.

Checking in to let you know that we have our last to the farm of this week and this weekend more clean up so we will be prepared for our upcoming season.

What does this mean: mending and replacing fences, cleaning off enclosures, freshing up the arena and of course lots of animal love and extras for them.

We get asked all the time, how can we be a volunteer?

Our volunteers are observant and empathetic to the animals
They are kids that want to built Character not Champions.

They are kids that believe the animals well being comes 1st. They know by looking at the animals face what its needs are. If a youth needs help, they jump in to help, not take over. They are here to support.

I smile when someone comes to me and tells me if something is off. This is what being a good leader and volunteer means to the farm. This does not happen overnight, it all takes time and patience.

If one of these volunteers is your youth, please know, they are great kids.

Horse'n Around starts on Monday, June 15th. Come for a day, or come for the week!
