It is with great sadness that we now have to make this post. Three days after Amber turned 27 she passed away suddenly. A little bit about Amber: Amber was born in Canada on September 9, 1999. We purchased her along with other females from Champion Alpacas in Loomis, California in January 2003. She was the first to give birth here on the farm on May 26, 2003 to a white male cria named Darren. He was sold to Sight and Sound Theaters and was in many of their performances. Amber had 11 cria, 7boys and 4 girls. She has had 8 grand-cria and two great grand-cria. She was in very good health and had her last little boy, Chance, 2 months after she turned 20. We miss seeing her and spoiling her. 😢💕
