We have 1 quarter of beef available for pick up at the middle of April that needs a home! Price is approx $1000-1100 depending on the size of the animal.

*Our beef is locally raised (fed homegrown grains and grasses) and dry aged for 10-14 days at a local butcher to improve texture and flavor.
*Each quarter has approx 120-125 lbs of meat depending on the animal
*Price is dependent on current market value and size of animal- message us for details!
*Everything comes cut, vacuumed packed and labeled
*For reference, a quarter of beef takes up about eight cubic feet of freezer space.
*Quarters include ground beef, premium steaks, roasts, and more! (you can customize your order)
