Ingredients:

- ๐ง garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- ๐ถ๏ธ sriracha - 1 tablespoon (optional, for heat)
- ๐ lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- ๐ง soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- ๐ข๏ธ sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- ๐ง salt and pepper - to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-6 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
2. Prepare the peanut sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using) until smooth and well combined. Adjust the consistency with a little water if needed.
