Okay I'm kind of a weirdo... BUT I came up with some stuff today.

🍞 LOAVES

Classic

Cheesy Garlic – By request! No fresh garlic, just garlic powder along with my favorite cheeses: Asiago, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and White Cheddar.

Classic

Orange Ginger Honey – Yes, orange zest, fresh grated ginger, and honey. I think it will work. I haven't tested it. 🤣 So if you buy one, congratulations... you're part of the research and development department.

Coastal Coconut Lime – Hear me out...
I like vacations.
I like the beach.
And apparently nothing says "I need a vacation" like your favorite baker putting lime in everything on a random Wednesday in June.

So here we are:
Lime zest.
Coconut flakes.
White chocolate chips.

I have absolutely no regrets.

🍰 DESSERTS – IN THE FRIDGE

Stuffed Biscoff Cookie Sandwich- (let this one get room temp)

WHAT THE HECK?

Yep. I took TWO Biscoff Cookie Butter cookies, made a Biscoff Cookie Buttercream, and smashed them together into one glorious sandwich of happiness. It's got every texture... crunchy outside, soft center and then creamy frosting. I mean....if you're a coffee drinker, just dunk it.

Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake

The crust? Browned butter chocolate chip cookie.
The middle? Cheesecake.
The top? More cookie.

Because moderation has never really been my thing. Actually.

Key Lime Pie Bar

I called it a brownie last time and apparently that caused confusion. 🤣

So today it's a bar.

It's a soft, punchy lime cake topped with lime ermine frosting and finished with a graham cracker crumble.

It's tart.
It's fresh.
It tastes like summer.
And it absolutely reminds me of Key Lime Pie.

🚨 Monday Restock Alert 🚨

You love the cookie... now let's take it up a notch.

We made them THREE TIMES bigger.

And then we stuffed them.

With ganache.
With peanut butter.
Pick one.... or one of each.....because making you choose felt unnecessarily cruel. 😏

So now there are giant stuffed cookies hanging out in the shed waiting to ruin your self-control.

And because last week's jalapeño cheddar drop was a complete disappointment (fridge-gate), we're running it back.

But bigger.

Much bigger.

These loaves are loaded with jalapeños. Not the "there's a little spice in there somewhere" kind. The "every slice reminds you why you made this decision" kind.

🍑 Peach Cinnamon Roll Loaves are finished with an almond peach icing that is ridiculously good.

My house smells like heaven and peaches... which, if we're being honest, are basically the same thing. 🍑✨

This one might make another appearance but nothing will top today.... it's debut.... the ones that get to try it for the first time, fresh from the oven....

🥮 Peach Pecan Sticky Buns
You know I can't help myself when it comes to peaches and nothing screams Georgia like peaches with pecans. These beauties are about twice the size of a normal cinnamon roll, loaded with peaches inside, dripping in the sticky bun topping you know and love and then finished with more peaches.
And just so we're clear... what's out there is what's out there. There won't be a second round. 👀

Bread Lineup is almost as good.

Today we debut another Blades Bread Shed original Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Goat Cheese — and yes, you read that correctly. today it's in mini form. A chocolate loaf with creamy goat cheese folded throughout. It's sweet, tangy, rich. This is one of those loaves you'll either buy because you're curious... or because you know I have a history of creating weird things that turn out amazing. 😆

Chocolate Chocolate Loaf- Same loaf but more Chocolate Chips instead of goat cheese. For those less adventurous chocolate lovers.

Chocolate Chip Orange
A bright citrus loaf loaded with chocolate chips. One of my favorite flavor combinations.

Sun-Dried Tomato Mozzarella
Last year's spring favorite is back! Savory, cheesy, and perfect for sandwiches, soups, or eating straight off the cutting board while standing in the kitchen.
