🌸🍷 Rosé season is officially clocking in.

And with the weekend looking very hot 🥵🔥, this is your reminder to get the rosé chilled before the heat arrives.

Whether you’re heading to a BBQ, setting up on the patio, packing for the beach, or simply refusing to turn on the oven, rosé is one of those bottles that always makes sense when the temperature climbs.

Light, crisp, fruity, dry, sparkling, Provençal, Italian, bold pink, barely-there blush — there’s a rosé for every kind of summer drinker.

And the best part? It’s incredibly food-friendly:
🍓 fresh fruit
🧀 soft cheeses
🍤 grilled shrimp
🥗 summer salads
🍗 BBQ chicken
🌮 tacos
🍕 yes, even pizza

At Vine & Co, we’re stocked with rosés for every mood — from easy porch pours to bottles worth bringing to the table.

Don’t wait until it’s 90° and everyone else has the same idea 👀

Stop by this week and stock up for the hot weekend ahead. Chill first, thank yourself later.

🍷✨ June Wine of the Month ✨🍷

Meet the wine we think might quietly become one of the stars of the summer: **Gassier Vermentino Côtes de Provence 2025** 🇫🇷☀️

Bright, refreshing, and effortlessly elegant, this Mediterranean white opens with expressive aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, and delicate orchard fruit layered over a clean mineral backbone. Known locally as *Rolle* in the south of France, this Vermentino offers beautiful balance — soft roundness, fresh acidity, subtle white floral notes, and a long lemon-driven finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Produced in the prestigious Sainte-Victoire region of Provence and presented in its striking six-sided bottle, this is the kind of wine that feels both polished and easygoing at the same time. Perfect for warm evenings, seafood dinners, patio sipping, and everything in between. ☀️🍋🦐

Pair it with grilled shrimp, oysters, Mediterranean dishes, or simply good company.

Stop by Vine & Co and grab a bottle before everyone discovers it for themselves 🍷✨

Wine Trivia Tuesday: Corked Wine + TCA

“Corked” wine is one of the most misunderstood terms in wine.

It does not mean there are little pieces of cork floating in your glass. That can happen, and it’s annoying, but it doesn’t necessarily mean the wine is spoiled.

A truly corked wine has been affected by a compound called TCA, which can make the wine smell musty, damp, moldy, or like wet cardboard. It can mute the fruit, flatten the aromas, and make an otherwise beautiful bottle taste dull and lifeless.

This is why wine professionals always smell the wine before tasting it. They’re not being dramatic. They’re checking whether the wine is sound.

The tricky part? Cork taint can be subtle. Sometimes it doesn’t scream “bad wine.” It just makes the wine feel like it has lost its sparkle, depth, or freshness.

So the next time a server presents the bottle, take a moment. Swirl gently, smell thoughtfully, and trust your nose. If something smells musty, stale, or off, it’s okay to say so.

Wine should feel alive in the glass.

Save this so you know the difference between cork pieces and cork taint, and share it with someone who’s building their wine confidence. 🍷✨

⚽🥃 Game on… and your bottle should match the moment

The countdown to the World Cup is already setting the tone — and these Buchanan’s limited-edition bottles understood the assignment.

Whether you’re reaching for the classic Buchanan’s Deluxe 12 Year or switching it up with the Pineapple expression, this is about showing up with something that feels just a little more intentional.

Two ways to play it:
🥃 Deluxe 12 Year — smooth, balanced, and easy to pour for a crowd
🍍 Pineapple — bright, slightly tropical, and made for mixing

Perfect for:
⚽ watch parties
🍹 easy cocktails between matches
🎉 celebrating wins (or surviving losses 👀)

Stop by and grab yours before kickoff — these won’t sit around for long.

✨ A Cabernet that just gets it right...

Some bottles don’t need to overcomplicate things — they just show up, deliver, and keep you coming back for another glass.

This 2022 California Cabernet Sauvignon is one of those.

Sourced primarily from Red Hills Lake County, with support from Monterey and Sonoma, it’s shaped by a growing season that did exactly what you want it to do — warm days, cool evenings, and just enough breeze to bring everything into balance.

The result is a Cabernet that feels ripe, smooth, and dialed in:
🍒 Black cherry
🫐 Baked blackberry
🍑 Dark plum
🌿 A touch of black pepper + oak

On the palate, it’s velvety and polished, with just enough structure to hold everything together without feeling heavy. Malolactic fermentation softens the edges, while time in oak adds that subtle depth that keeps it interesting.

And when it comes to food… it knows exactly where it belongs:
🧀 Hard cheeses
🍝 Rich, hearty pastas
🥩 Rosemary-grilled steak
🔥 Anything that calls for a bold red

Stop by and grab a bottle — this is one you’ll want on standby.

✨ Ehmoser 2021 Grossweikersdorf Weissburgunder — a Pinot Blanc that shows just how much depth a white wine can have without losing its freshness.

From the loess-covered limestone hills of the Wagram (Austria), this wine is rooted in a place where the soil does a lot of the talking. Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) thrives here, picking up that signature mineral edge while still delivering ripe, expressive fruit.

Fermented and aged in large, neutral barrels on the lees, this is where things get interesting:
✨ More texture
✨ More depth
✨ More balance between freshness and weight

In the glass:
🍐 Ripe orchard fruit
🪨 Stony minerality
✨ A clean, lifted finish with just enough sparkle to keep it moving

It’s structured but not heavy, fresh but not simple — the kind of wine that quietly overdelivers.

At Vine & Co, we’re always here for bottles that sit just outside the usual rotation… and then end up becoming your new favorite.

Stop by and grab a bottle — this is one worth slowing down for.

🍷✨ Wine Trivia Tuesday

Red wine with steak… right?

Not always.

A rich white wine — like a full-bodied Chardonnay — can pair beautifully with steak, especially when there’s a little fat, butter, or char involved.

Here’s why it works:
✨ The texture of the wine mirrors the richness of the dish
🍋 The acidity cuts through the fat and keeps everything balanced
🧈 Oak + body complement those savory, caramelized flavors

It’s one of those pairings that surprises people… until they try it.

At Vine & Co, we’re always here for breaking the “rules” — because wine is a lot more fun when you stop overthinking it and start exploring.

Would you try white wine with steak?

🍷✨ National Wine Day

Not that we needed a reason… but we’ll take one anyway.

Wine has a way of showing up for the moments that matter — and the ones that don’t need to.

It’s the bottle you bring to the table, the one you open after a long day, the one that turns “just dinner” into something a little more intentional. It’s celebrations, quiet nights, catching up, slowing down… and sometimes, just taking a breath.

At Vine & Co, we don’t believe there’s one right wine — just the right one for you.

The one you keep coming back to.
The one you recommend to your friends.
The one that feels like a small upgrade to your day.

Whether you’re reaching for something bold, something crisp, something familiar, or something new — today’s as good a day as any to pour a glass and enjoy it.

So tell us… what are you drinking today?

🍷 Red
🥂 White
🌸 Rosé
✨ Sparkling

Stop by and pick up a bottle (or two) — we’ll help you find something worth celebrating.
