Position Title: Customer Service Technician

Smart Breakroom’s has been providing refreshment services since 1985. We provide Micro-Market services within the workplace (Small retail stores.) The ultimate employee would be field-resourceful who needs to be active, physically, and socially. This position is exposed to many aspects of the business, you will be working with seasoned individuals and assisting with the general operations of the business within a few months.
Primary Responsibilities-
• Providing excellent customer services-
o Providing route coverage for vacations when needed.
o Remotely maintaining proper inventory levels & variety
o Manage food varieties, shrink and waste.
o Responding to Market Kiosk issues
o Making urgent deliveries when needed.
o On site Market inspections.
o New Market installations
o Perform Market grand openings & training
o Warehouse assistance when needed
o Customer Service communication.
Here are the qualifications we are looking for-
• Valid driver's license
• A person that takes ownership in their work
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite- Excel, Word & Outlook
• A strong technical background.
• Attention to details! multi-tasking, neat & organized.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and demeanor.
• The ability to communicate well with others.
• A college graduate
Hours
• Normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Route Service hours Monday – Friday 6:00 am to 3:00pm
