A rainy Saturday spent in the greenhouse listening to Dolly and planting those late season favorites - pansies, snapdragons, ornamental kale & cabbage. 🦋

Time to introduce this fall's show animals who have arrived over the past month!

🐑 Our kiddo wanted to continue showing lambs, but requested we keep them after showing to raise babies down the road. We decided to try Katahdin hair sheep and picked up two ewes (girls) and a young ram (boy). The two ewes will be shown at a couple of local shows and the State Fair in October! We went with a Harry Potter theme and named the girls Ginny and Hermione, and the boy Harry. 🪄

🦃 Turkeys are also back to show at the state market show this fall! They moved into their larger pens today, and we've been told they're like the Three Stooges—meet Larry, Moe, and Curly.

We've enjoyed some slow down time this summer but over the last couple of weeks have been gearing back up for the upcoming seasons.

Mums are growing, corn maze planted, poinsettias potted up, and fall show lambs and turkeys have settled into their new homes!

We’ve been spending the last few days getting all of our fall mums planted! 🍂

We are including more color combos this year and especially can't wait to see the candy corn tri-color mums! 🤍🧡💛

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported us this spring.🌟

This was our 5th spring season, and was the best one yet! We are so grateful for our amazing community and humbled by everyone who supports us.

We are going to take a very short break before we start potting up mums... yep, you read that right, it's already time for mums! 🍂

🥓 Pork is always available: Even though the greenhouse is closed for the summer, we always have our delicious farm-raised pork items available! If you need to restock your freezer with sausage, bacon, or chops, just message us directly to arrange a pick-up time.

Thank you all again for five wonderful spring seasons. We can’t wait to see you again this fall! ❤️
