Our Story

Karen loves to share with her visitors and readers lots of cost saving and time saving tips, tricks, & techniques for growing, managing, & marketing cattle, which she has gathered earnestly through her 40+ years of experience selling Hereford breeding stock.

The Farm Tours have been enjoyed by so many cattlemen over the years from when her parents Cecil & Jean Kornegay first started Kornegay Hereford Farms in 1949. Each year, more cattlemen & their families stop by for a visit to talk about Hereford cattle or to check out our farm store called Bull Barn.

Truly a store on the farm, Bull Barn now sells concrete feed bunks, hay feeders, mineral feeders, drinkers, fly control products, wormers, vaccines, & other animal health supplies....all built TOUGH.
