🐑🍂 Come meet Kentucky Valais at the Kentucky Wool Festival! 🍂🐑
We are SO excited to spend the weekend at one of our favorite Kentucky events! Join us October 2–4 at the Kentucky Wool Festival in Falmouth, KY and come meet the sheep behind Kentucky Valais!
Whether you already love Valais Blacknose sheep or have never seen one in person, stop by and learn all about this incredible breed. We’ll be talking about Valais Blacknose sheep, embryo transfer, and our own breed-up program—including how we are working generation by generation toward that unmistakable Valais look. 🖤🤍
And you won’t just get to see the finished product! We’re bringing some of the foundation ewes that are at the very roots of our breed-up program, including Scottish Blackface, Teeswater, Babydoll and more. You’ll be able to see firsthand where our program started and how far those genetics have come!
Blingo and Bandit will be ready to hand out plenty of Valais kisses, so bring the kids, ask us questions, take some pictures, and come love on some of the fluffiest sheep at the festival! 🥰
