Our NEW PLAYGROUND has officially arrived!! ❤️

After the storm took out our old playground, we’ve been anxiously waiting for this day—and it’s finally here! We are so excited to see the kiddos back out making new memories at Hometown Swirls! 🍦☀️

🚭 IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO SMOKING AT OUR WINDOWS OR DRIVE-THRU 🚭

We want to make everyone aware that, moving forward, smoking will not be permitted while ordering or picking up food at our walk-up windows or in our drive-thru.

Cigarette smoke travels directly through our windows and into our shop and kitchen area, creating a haze and lingering odor that our employees should not have to work in.

Unfortunately, the main reason we are addressing this today is because one of our teenage employees was burned on the hand by a customer’s cigarette while taking payment and is now left with a burn and blister on her hand. That is simply unacceptable and completely preventable.

We already have NO SMOKING signs posted in our windows, but they continue to be disregarded. After what happened today, we will be strictly enforcing this policy.

Please put out your cigarette before approaching our ordering or pickup windows and before pulling up to the drive-thru window. If you are smoking, a member of management will ask you to put it out before we continue serving you.

We appreciate everyone who respects our staff, our workspace, and this very reasonable request. ❤️

👋🏻Hey guys! We just wanted to let everyone know that we are now stopping food orders 15 minutes prior to closing each evening.

With school back in session, our staff is a little smaller. Stopping food orders 15 minutes early gives our team enough time to properly clean the grill, kitchen, and cooking area before closing for the night.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we make this small adjustment! ❤️

We are so excited to share that our projected installation date for our NEW playground is next Friday! 🎉

After the storm destroyed our old playset, the amount of love and support we’ve received from our community has meant more to us than we can say. ❤️

🙏🏼We want to give another HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to the The Rousch Family, Leto Tax and Accounting LLC, and now First State Bank for their incredibly generous donations toward our new playground! Your kindness has helped make this possible. 🥹

We can’t wait to see all the kiddos climbing, sliding, swinging, laughing, and making so many new memories on this new set once it’s installed late next week! 🛝☀️
