Back in June, we planted these little lavender plugs from Sleepy Creek Lavender Co. , and now look at them! 🌿💜

This is Big Time Blue, an English Lavender known for its strong stems and beautiful deep-violet blue flower spikes. It’s especially loved for its showy blooms from Spring to Fall and is a wonderful variety for fresh and dried lavender.

Come see our late-season purple bloomers for yourself!

Join us at Four Suns Farm Lavender on Wednesday, September 9th at 7 PM for the final installment of the Mid Michigan College Summer Wellness Series. It will be a beautiful evening of Yin Yoga.

Begin with a gentle introduction to lavender in our Lavender 101, then slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with your body in this beginner-friendly Yin Yoga class at Four Suns Farm. Held under our Lavender Pavilion, this workshop blends gentle, long-held poses with the calming sights and scents of the farm. It’s the perfect way to relax, release tension, and enjoy a mindful moment surrounded by nature.

This class is open to all experience levels, and no prior yoga practice is necessary. Mats, blankets, bolsters, and blocks are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Participants will be guided through poses with careful instruction, focusing on relaxation, flexibility, and mindful awareness. To extend the experience beyond the mat, each participant will take home a lavender spray at the end of class.

This is an evening of yoga you do not want to miss.

Create a one-of-a-kind floral hoop wreath as you learn how to wrap your hoop and weave in dried lavender, baby’s breath, and an assortment of seasonal dried florals. You’ll leave with a beautiful piece to enjoy at home—and a little reminder of your evening at the farm. 🪻🌾

🎃Fall is calling… and we’re bringing a little creativity to the farm! 🧶

Join us at Four Suns Farm Lavender for a cozy afternoon learning to make your very own hand-knit pumpkin with instructor Shari Norman.

Learn to make hand knit decorative pumpkins in this beginner-friendly workshop. No knitting needles required - just your fingers! The step-by-step instruction will take you through creating the beginning chain, working the yarn to form loops and hand knit rows, then how to finish off the pumpkins, using the softest jumbo weight yarn. You’ll be making a medium and small size pumpkin to take home. All supplies needed for the project are included.

Four Suns Farm owner, Stephanie Olver, will give a Lavender 101 introduction and provide dried lavender sprigs to incorporate into your creation if you choose!
