Update: Sold, but let us know if you are interested in beef for next year!

We have 2 steers going to Bud’s Custom Meats in Riverside on February 20th. These are smaller lowline steers (previous steers weighed around 350 pounds hanging weight). These will be available as whole or 1/2 steers. The locker charges $80 plus $0.85 per pound hanging weight. We charge $2.75 per pound hanging weight. Please PM us for additional details.
