We want to share that we have officially sold the plant. The new owner, Brad Gabriel, will be reopening as soon as he gets his certification. Brad owns Gabriel Ranch Premium Beef and plans to operate the plant under its new name, Ponderosa Meat Processing where he will continue custom exempt and Inspected services. You can still call the same phone number to contact the plant (903) 572-7353.
