During the Spring semester, CMU Dining hosted its first-ever four-course plated Supper Club, French Bistro. Campus Executive Chef Gage and Resident District Manager Ryan (who was formerly a chef!) rolled up their sleeves to serve finely crafted dishes to our guests. Swipe left to relive the evening!
