Ok we have made it to the south !
We are told this is the best fried chicken in the South - so here goes !
The first item was redneck egg rolls with pickled Okra - very good and the pickled Okra was very good.
Ok I was ready to say “no way that was the best fried chicken “ but I can’t - it might be the best fried chicken!
Fried Okra and Mac n cheese was also good.
Biscuit was hard as a rock !
8/10 place to go to !

Clam Fritters - no clams more just like a hush puppy
We were here early and by 5.25 pm one of their entrees was 86 (ran out)
Appetizer and main course specials
King crab specials were gone
Had the whole fried fish - cooked well , hardly any flavor, but the dipping sauce was fabulous as was the cabbage salad that accompanied it.
We had the crab / prawn special , slightly over cooked shrimp. Otherwise very good.
Dessert - Taramisu average at best.
Very sweet and not fresh.
Overall 4/10 rating for me , but please wait for my 2nd visit to see of any improvement!

Great story - famous restaurant in Spain with no reservations- we get dropped off in front of a Pharmacy- we ask pharmacist where is restaurant, he says let me walk you there , I know the owner , I will get you a table ! We get a table because of him !

Greens were very slow !
Tee boxes were terrible
Fairways nice
Food etc limited
It’s still a must play for golf enthusiasts!
