This little ram lamb was born this morning. Have given him some starter boost, but still haven't seen him nurse yet. Watching till I see him get a meal. This is always a worrisome time.

Lambing season is officially open with this sneaky big ram lamb first thing this morning. Momma showed very little signs that birth was imminent. She is a champ of a mom and had him up, dried and fed before I even got to the barn. Magnus's first registered boy of the year. Well done Daddy!

Took a quick trip to IKEA yesterday to get a new bookcase to replace the one supposedly damaged when they tried to deliver it (hence it never got here) and took along my button kit. 3 hour drive so, yeah lol. Was going to do my own take on Black Hole from the Celestial Ring Buttons book (Gina Barrett) but the song 'Black Hole Sun' (Soundgarden) became an earworm and then a button. 😎
