Dot employees and spouses on Dot's health insurance can earn an extra $600, deposited right into their Health Savings Account in January, just for scheduling and completing their annual physical.

Complete your annual physical through your Family Health Center or other primary care provider by October 31 to qualify.

Today marks 13 years since Dot opened its first Family Health Center at Dot Foods Vidalia. 🎉

What started as a way to make high-quality care more accessible and affordable has grown into care access for more than 12,000 of our employees, their spouses, and children.

And in 2025, Dot Foods reached its goal of bringing a Family Health Center to every one of our U.S. distribution centers. Cheers to 13 years!

Drivers from Cambridge City, Mt. Sterling, and University Park recently took on the 2026 Midwest Regional Driver Rodeo, hosted at Dot Foods Cambridge City. Our drivers took a shot at the course, putting their precision, safety knowledge, and driving expertise to the test.

From tight turns to hands-on challenges, the rodeo is all about celebrating the professionalism our drivers bring to the road every day. Next stop for top competitors: Orlando. 👏

🍋 We’re proud to share that our Manchester distribution center (DC) is sponsoring and hosting a Lemonade Day stand on May 14! This incredible community event gives local students the chance to learn entrepreneurial skills by running their own lemonade businesses.

Stop by the DC at 600 Manchester Industrial Parkway, Manchester, TN 37355, between 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. to support these young entrepreneurs, grab a cup of lemonade, and help encourage the next generation of business leaders. We hope to see you there! 💛
