Flip it! 🔄🚛

Four days on the road and three days at home sounds pretty good. But what if you could flip that schedule the next week?

With DTI's 4x3 flip schedule, that's exactly how it works!

📅 Week 1: Four days on the road, three days at home.
📅 Week 2: Three days on the road, four days at home.

Then you flip it again!

This rotating schedule gives drivers alternating three- and four-day stretches at home, with more time for family, hobbies, appointments, and everything else happening outside the truck.

A call home. A hot meal. Some peace and quiet. Everyone has their own way of winding down.

For World Mental Health Day, we asked DTI drivers what helps them reset. Their answers are a reminder that taking time for yourself matters, even in the middle of a busy week.

And sometimes, it's the little things that make the biggest difference. 💙

Driver Schedules, Explained: 4 on, 4 off. 🚛

Four working days.
Four days off.
Then you do it again. 🔁

That’s the 4x4.

Because it runs on a repeating rotation, your days off don’t always land on a traditional weekend.

Sometimes Tuesday might be your Saturday. Honestly, Tuesday could use the confidence boost. 😎

The upside? Four consecutive days away from work between rotations. That gives you a bigger stretch of time for family, appointments, hobbies, road trips, house projects you may or may not finish...you get the idea. 🏡🎣🛠️

And yes, the working days rotate too. So 4x4 is a better fit for someone who likes a predictable pattern more than a standard Monday-through-Friday routine.

Our Mt. Sterling Dispatch team has found a fun way to highlight DTI employees who go the extra mile. ⭐

Stars are added to a DTI truck painted across the office windows to recognize drivers and dispatch employees for the things their coworkers notice and appreciate. The team also gives those employees a shoutout during Monday morning meetings.

And shoutout to Dispatch Coordinator Natalee Pedroza for the beautiful artwork. 🎨
