We came through the cold spell better than expected!! 🙏 Therefore, we will be open today, Sunday, October 18th from 11am to 6pm.

It's going to be an absolutely gorgeous day! Head out to see us, grab a pumpkin, and stock up on snacks for the week.

And for those wondering if we still have pumpkins...this photo is from this morning, plus we have some huge precut carving pumpkins from our other farm that will be available now as well.

Just a quick update!

We plan to be open Fridays from 2pm to 6pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 6pm for the remainder of October.

However, mother nature always has the final say in how late our season can run. With the cold temps forecasted for 10/17 and 10/18, we will have to assess the pumpkins afterward to see if they were damaged or not. Fingers crossed we can sneak by with no damage, but time will tell.

What mums are not sold by Saturday night will likely be toast. There are still some beautiful mums if you'd like to come by Friday or Saturday to grab some. Any mum will be $5 (that is anywhere from 50% to 80% off original prices.) This would be a great chance to pick up a beautiful flower for cheap - take one to a elderly person to show them some love and to brighten their day.

We will have kettle corn popping regardless. Stay posted for any updates or early closures as we head into the colder days ahead. Hopefully we will be able to hold out until Halloween!

Maybe we can plan something fun for Halloween evening since it falls on Saturday? Hmmm. We shall see :)

The weather is about as cruddy as it could be - but we also know folks make plans ahead of time to visit us and we don't want to be the ones to break your plans. Therefore, we will be open today, Sunday October 11th from 11am to 6pm.

The patches are muddy, the rain is pouring, but we will be here. LC Junkins Popcorn Company will have a limited menu (no hot foods) and will be while supplies last only. I have roughly 25 bags of Kettle Corn popped but will not be popping any today due to the rain.

If you want a snack, or just want to stop to chat, come see us! Bring a rain jacket, mud boots, and an umbrella if you plan to venture into the patches.

We hope to be open through the end of October if the weather allows. We will now be back to our regular schedule of Fridays 2pm to 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 6pm.

It's a beautiful day to visit the farm. The weather is going to cooperate for a beautiful Fall day a d weekend. We have plenty of mums left, countless pumpkins to stroll through, and memories to be made. After you find all of your Fall items, head inside the barn to check out the extensive line of snacks from LC Junkins Popcorn Company - cotton candy, candy apples, caramel apples, soft pretzels, churros, various sweet and savory popcorns, and chocolate and peanut butter fudge.

We are happy to host my cousin and his wife with their new venture, Stony River Merchantile - be sure to visit them inside the barn and grab some of their wonderful candied cashews while supplies last. Soo good! Be sure to hop over and give them a follow and a like on Facebook as well as they grow their offerings and their business.
