🌟Spatchcock Chicken Demo 🌟
This is a quick and easy way to cook an entire chicken! By laying it flat, all the parts of the chicken cook quicker. You can also cook your whole meal on a single sheet pan!
1. Cut on either side of the backbone and remove
2. Flip it on its back and press down until you hear a crack
3. Lay the chicken flat facing up on a roasting pan. You can put it over potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
4. Season chicken with butter or olive oil and your seasonings of choice (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, paprika & squeeze a lemon over)
5. Cook at 425°F for 45 min. Feel free to cover with foil to prevent it from roasting too dark.
6. If you're not sure if you're chicken is done, take a meat thermometer and make sure the internal temp has reached 165°F. The deep part of the breast usually reaches temp last.
