Thank you to all who visited a farmers market this week!

The New Harmony Farmers' and Artisans' Market had great attendance today and your support is so appreciated.

I had a customer from last week stop just to share how much she enjoyed the green onions she bought. She shared how she used them fresh and how she preserved some for later use. That meant everything to me, I love to hear how the food I grow is being enjoyed. It makes the hard, hot work all the more worth it.

Saturday, June 13th has New Harmony rockin’

First up, the New Harmony Farmers' and Artisans' Market opens at 9 am with an antique car cruise in right next door.

An antique and vintage market will light up Main Street during the day and if that’s not enough Black Lodge Coffee Roasters has a party planned too!

So many reasons to make New Harmony a stop on your Saturday to-do list.

Look at Saturday’s forecast, wow, is that farmers market weather or what 🌞🌞🌞

So many delicious and unique finds at the New Harmony Farmers' and Artisans' Market, pencil us in on your Saturday morning calendar for June 13th. We will be there from 9 to noon.

New Harmony will also be hosting the Golden Raintree Antique Show & Vintage Market all day.

Are you a 👍 or 👎 on eggplant?

The Fairytale plants are starting to produce and eggplant will be available Saturday at the New Harmony Farmers' and Artisans' Market.

Also planned for Saturday:

🌿 Arugula
🥬 Cabbage - stir fry and salad varieties
🥒Cucumbers
🫜Daikon Korean radish (red, purple)
🌿 Fresh herbs: Basil, Cilantro, Dill and Parsley
🌿 Fennel
🧄Garlic Scapes
🥬 Lettuce
🌿Fresh onions (red, white)
🌿Swiss Chard
🌿Zucchini and a few patty pan

🌱Rose Milkweed (Monarch host plant)

Other farmers will be bringing tomatoes, more summer squash selections plus other foodie finds.

It’s a pickling with cilantro Sunday. . .yes there is such a thing 🤔😂

So many combinations are possible for quick pickled zucchini. Zucchini pairs well with many herbs including basil, cilantro, dill and mint. So why not as a quick pickle?
