It will make its premiere at the Belgrade Lakes Market this Sunday!
If you love cooking with mushrooms, you have to try these. Also known as Black Poplar mushrooms, Pioppinos feature small, velvety brown caps and long, distinctively crunchy stems.
They bring a deeply earthy, nutty flavor with subtle peppery notes to the table. Because they hold their firm, meaty texture during cooking, they are absolutely perfect for:
