There will be more mushrooms added to the cooler! Lots of Chicken of the woods and a few mixed boxes of mushrooms are available.

Reminder: only a few more weeks left for the mushroom cooler. They don’t like freezing temps. I’ll be at the Belgrade Farmers Market next summer. If you ever need Chaga, Reishi soaking salts, or tinctures- reach out at anytime!

Ooooh what a treat!! Chicken of the Woods is a in the cooler tomorrow morning! Alongside the COWs are mixed boxes with: lions mane, oysters, shiitake, chestnuts, piopinnos, and king trumpets.
Chicken of the Woods must be cooked thoroughly. It can be treated and prepared like you would chicken breast- baked, breaded, shredded, fried, stuffed (Cordon bleu-style 🤤).
