The garden has a funny way of reminding me that loss doesn’t always mean you’re losing.

Jobs are lost.
Relationships fail.
Friendships fade.
Plans change.

Doors close that we were certain were meant to stay open.

And in the moment, it can feel like nothing good could possibly come from it.

It can feel so damn hard!
Life keeps moving.

New people find you.
Different doors open.
You discover parts of yourself you had forgotten.

Somehow something new begins to grow in the space that was left behind.

The garden is always teaching me not to judge a season while I’m still in the middle of it. Easily said then done!

Sometimes things have to end so something better can begin.

Sometimes loss is the beginning of healing.
And sometimes healing is where the winning begins.

So I’ll keep planting.
I’ll keep learning.
And I’ll definitely keep growing flowers…

Along the way, I’ve realized they keep growing me, too!

Paris has been so good to me. 🇫🇷

Some cities rush you.This one softened me.

One final walk under glowing lights. The last couple days was admiring flowers spilling from corners, historical appreciation, slow dinners, and quiet moments between the bustle and the noise.

I’ve wandered these streets carrying less.

Walking through Paris at night with a full heart and tired feet… reminded me that rest, beauty, and dreaming still belong.
