Lavender Falls is a one-acre, 2300 plant lavender farm located three miles east of downtown Mount Vernon, Illinois. The owners, Kay & Richard Dorris, are currently growing three varieties of lavender: Grosso, Super, and Sachet. We will be selling a variety of lavender products, such as soaps, bath soaps, bath balms, lavender sprays, salves, lavender wands, essential oils, starter plants, fresh U-p

ick flowers, dried flowers, and a small variety of locally made products, such as honey, beef jerky, etc. We will be distilling our lavender flowers by steam distillation. This process results in a pure, all-natural lavender essential oil and hydrosol. Our still will be set up and working during the month of June when our flowers will be in full bloom.
