Tonight my daughter, Dot, and I cooked dinner together! Dot is almost 5 years old. We made tuna casserole and mixed berry muffins! So, why is teaching kids to cook at a young age a good idea?
1. It teaches them about healthy eating.
2. It teaches them math, science, and literary skills.
3. It helps to build their fine motor skills.
4. Most importantly, it helps to you and your child to build a bond!
