Summer is finally here and so is BBQ season!
Stock up on premium locker beef by the quarter or half. $7.50 per pound by the hanging weight (approximately 200 lbs.for a quarter and 400 lbs. for half). Includes processing, cutting wrapping and delivery within Skagit and Snohomish counties.
Grass-fed and grass and grain-fed beef is available year round (and pork several times a year). Grain finished beef is 85% grass-fed and 15% grain-fed with non GMO grain and roughage.
A quarter beef includes a variety of steaks (ribeye, tenderloin, sirloin, T-bone and Porterhouse), roasts (top sirloin, bottom round, shoulder and arm), London broil, miscellaneous and about 35 pounds of hamburger.
