Gleeson Acres is a family-owned farm that produces naturally grown, chemical-free fruit and vegetables. Like you, we are concerned about the quality of the food we eat and the impact the production of that food has on our environment. We desire to eat (and provide to you), delicious, locally grown, nutrient-dense foods raised without the use of chemical-based fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides

. Additionally, we will not use genetically modified seed for our produce. We fully believe that you will find our produce to be exceptional in taste, quality and nutrition. If you are ever dissatisfied with our produce, please bring the matter to our attention so that we may resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.

Yes, it's a gray day, but it's really not a bad morning. The weather is actually quite pleasant. Come on down to the Mt. Vernon square for the last Farmer's Market of the season! We are here until noon!

And, stop by and see Sunflower! Angry Acres Farm brought one of their baby goats this morning. Sunflower is 7 months old and is very calm ... great for kids!
