We are a fully licensed manufacturing brewery as well as a fully permitted establishment to sell draft beer, spirits and wine 7 days a week to our customers in both our restaurant and taproom. ce sealed here on site cans) and Kegs for your at home enjoyment as well. We at SBC have many great locally brewed beer options, but we certainly do not stop at only beer. We have award winning Chef Erin Stevens leading the kitchen and has one of the best menu selections in Knox County. Many local items featured are: Lannings, Twin Oak Farm beef, and Velvet Ice Cream!
