So our Chef was perusing the Mount Vernon Farmers Market for fresh ingredients for our seasonal special and was inspired by farm fresh cucumbers! He pickled them by hand with a spicy kick and made this ham sandwich that is crisp and refreshing!! (Pictured with garlic fries)
