Nothing to see here...

Just some farm kids out after bedtime helping our favorite farm-hand move a calf to his new outdoor home.

This is our first time having a calf in the yard. We will see how the adventure unfolds.

Thank you, Mr Crouch, for all of your help.

We are also thankful for our neighbor who gave our yard it's first mow of the season with his brush hog mower. The grass and weeds were tall enough for the kids to hide like tigers 😅

We have kittens! 🐈

Within the last two weeks, 3 litters have been born totaling 11 kittens 🙀

Most of them are barn cats, but 3 of them will be tame, since they were born up by the house.

See hope to find homes for most of them before July 20.

We like to say the calves are at daycare when the pasture looks like this.

As a prey animal, it's important for the cows to keep track of their calves to make sure they are protected from predators. That's why a few stick close to the calves while the others are out grazing within the pasture.

Sorry for the long wait!

We love all your guesses.

The name we chose for our bottle baby is Chewbacca. We are calling him Chewy 💕

Chewy is certainly living up to his name and has already nibbled on some jeans 😅

Naturally, we are calling his twin Han Solo. Although they don't actually get to co-captain the Melinnium Falcon, they should be reunited once they are old enough to be weined.
