Been doing some cooking lately and I have some miscellaneous stuff available, first come first served. Available for immediate pickup at Smokin’ T’s World headquarters on Richview Road.

Two- 2lb. Packages of pulled pork, $20/bag, fresh off the smoker this morning.

4 quarts of pit smoked beans cooked this morning. $10/qt.

I also have 10 pints of BBQ sauce available, fresh cooked this morning. I’m back to making it fresh by myself as I just don’t go through 50 cases fast enough to keep it fresh. $5/pint.

It’s been a long winter but we’ve had some beautiful weather lately and after getting vaccinated it’s time to get back to doing what we love, cooking BBQ!!! I’ve had a pork loin curing for awhile. This weekend it took a smoke bath and made some pretty awesome Canadian Bacon. I have 7 one pound packages of garlic pepper maple glazed bacon sliced, sealed and ready to pickup at Smokin’ T’s Workd Headquarters. $9/lb. WOW, what a great night at Cedarhurst and Thursday Night Live. Thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed the evening with us. Completely sold out of Brisket and Beans and Slaw. Its been a slow summer of BBQ for us and it was really nice to get out and see our friends and share the evening, and BEAUTIFUL weather. A HUGE thank you to everyone who had a sandwich or a plate, we appreciate you all!!!

Brisket gone - Thank you all!!

One 3.5lb. bag of pulled pork remaining

OK folks, the price of beef and pork is going crazy and its much harder to get lately as well. We were able to get our hands on some briskets and some pork at reasonable prices and we cooked them up. First come first served, pickup at Smokin' T's World Headquarters tonight between 6 and 7 or tomorrow 10 to noon. Curbside pickup, proper sanitation is always a cornerstone of Smokin' T's. I have ONE 3.5lb. package of pulled pork for $35 and 4 (four) 3lb. packages of sliced brisket for $45. Comment below please, I'll reply and let people know when its all gone. We have Eight (8) 3lb. bags of BBQ Beef Brisket sliced and sealed and ready to go. $40/bag. First come first served. Pickup at Smokin' T's World Headquarters tonight between 6 and 7 or tomorrow morning from 10-11AM. We'll bring it to your car, no need to get out. Appropriate social distancing will be observed and sanitation is ALWAYS of the highest priority to the Smokin' T's, not just during this crisis. Please let me know when you are going to be there, text or message, so I can make the appropriate plans to meet you at your car when you arrive. Reply below and I'll confirm that I have the order.
