Barely a week in and we have had 3 calf’s hit the ground!

Delta had her first calf ever , Echo!!!!

46 or JJJ had her first calf ever also, Tiny Tina !

Then Campbell our old girl had our huge boy there 💕

Our Carmel as most know her. We love her endlessly and know we have struggled since her C-section in 2019. Never giving up and letting nature do its thing! We are welcoming Cookies n Cream to the Wise Acres Farm. 🤠🐮

—— We bred out our full angus cow to Here I Am for the second time this year. She had a bull calf this time. He is a full brother to her last year heifer Karmen the Reserve Grand Champion BBR feeder 2024, Reserve Grand Champion feeder 2024, and Grand Champ Cross Bred Heifer from 2024 (more of her details in other post from last fair). At fair this year Tank won 2nd in his class and 4th Overall Beef Feeder, as well as 5th overall BBR feeder. Special thank you to the Hogg family and wise acres show cattle for making this happen! 🐮🤠

—— We bred out our beautiful full bred angus cow (countess) to In God We Trust. We have had great luck with this. She popped out this perfect blonde smoked color calf. We took him to the county fair as a beef feeder and he got Grand Champ BBR feeder and Grand Champ Feeder. We brought this Steer back this year. He clean up good! Potato won Grand Champ BBR Steer and 7th Overall Beef Steer. Much love to Brandon Hogg for showing him as it was his last year in the 4-H program. 🐮🤠

——We bought this beautiful boy to show at our county fair. We went out with a bang! He placed 3rd over all in the market beef show. We would like to thank the Grauer family and their support to help make this happen. 🤠🐮

Here is our steers, Beef feeders, and heifers that were taken to the 2024 knox county Fair ! Overall we had a great year! Our white beef feeder who is a 50% angus to In God We Trust had received grand champ BBR feeder and grand champ overall feeder! Our black heifer calf who is 50% angus to Here I Am had received reserve grand champ BBR feeder, reserve grand champ overall feeder, and grand champion crossbred heifer!! The white steer who is 50% angus and In god we trust had gotten reserve grand champ BBR steer and 8th place overall steer!!! More photos to come of other calf’s at home !
