May was truly great to GSBBQ!!!
Started off the month with the first competition of the season and ended with an amazing community give back meal!! In between there were two graduation parties and my first wedding and funeral service.
Along the way a new to me smoker joined the lineup and we got in some new hat designs.

There is one charity event on June 20th that I hope to see everyone at then we’ll try to get a rib sale going to break in Big Sal!!
