Viral candied cranberries, but with Nobleberry! 💜

Ingredients:
2 (12 oz) bags fresh cranberries
1 can Nobleberry soda
1 can lemon lime soda (ollipop or poppi)
1 cup orange juice
2 cups powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions:
Add cranberries, soda, and orange juice to a large bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight so the berries soak up all that zesty sweetness. The next day, drain well and toss the cranberries in powdered sugar until fully coated and sparkly. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 200°F for 5-7 minutes to set the coating. Let cool completely for that crisp, candied crunch 🍬

This is not your grandmothers cranberry sauce! Put a twist on Thanksgiving this year with Nobleberry cranberry sauce 🙂‍↕️

Recipe:

1 cup Nobleberry soda
1/4 cup of Elder Farms elderflower honey
1 bag of fresh cranberries
1/2 cup celery
1 diced green apple

Bring soda and cranberries to a gentle boil, add apples and celery, stir continuously until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes), remove from heat, pour into a glass dish, and refrigerate!

Serve with sandwiches, over cream cheese as a dip, or any other way you like it!
