Easy Green Stuffed Peppers 🌶️

Fresh green bell peppers make the perfect, easy weeknight meal!

Ingredients:

* 4 large green bell peppers
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 cup cooked rice
* 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* Salt & pepper to taste
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut the tops off peppers and remove seeds.
3. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess grease.
4. Stir in cooked rice, half the tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Stuff mixture into peppers and place in a baking dish.
6. Pour remaining tomato sauce over the peppers.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
8. Remove foil, top with cheese, and bake 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.

✨ Fresh, simple, and delicious! Serve with a side salad or cornbread for a complete meal.
