Perk of growing lettuce in 2026: BLTs with no parasites 😉 We normally take a break from lettuce in the peak summer months because the heat is too much for them, but with recent events, that changed. Farmer Royce is working hard against the heat to get new lettuce plants going so we can offer lettuce mixes to our customers again soon.

Basil bouquets are pretty common around here. Tonight, basil was harvested for fresh Greek grilled chicken and tzatziki sauce.

Giant zinnias are sprinkled throughout the garden this year. They are such a pretty pop of color, and great for pollinators.

The largest tomato trellis system ever is actually working! The vines are growing and tomatoes are everywhere. They just need a little more time to ripen.
